We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join the team.

Job Summary

n90 is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and execute strategic sales initiatives that drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and delivering data-driven insights to the founders. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality client service.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans aligned with revenue targets and market expansion objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform and refine sales strategy.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and actionable insights to senior leadership, highlighting key achievements and improvement areas.

Job Qualifications

  • With at least 3-4 years of proven experience in outbound sales, with a strong track record of success.
  • Thrive in a small, fast-paced team environment where adaptability is key.
  • Highly collaborative, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to a driven and energetic team.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret sales metrics and market insights.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
