Skyway is looking for a highly motivated Cargo Sales Executive to join the team.

About Us

Skyway Airlines Inc. is an aviation company providing express cargo services using dedicated freighters. We aim to carry general cargo, specialized cargo, and dangerous goods on non-schedule flights traversing the domestic and international routes. 

Job Summary

The Cargo Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and targeting new customers in the cargo services sector, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth. This role involves negotiating contracts, collaborating with the operations team, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new customers for cargo services, including freight forwarders, logistics companies, and other industries requiring air cargo transportation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs related to cargo sales revenue.
  • Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable business.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop competitive sales strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and address client concerns promptly.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to management.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with airline policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the cargo, logistics, or aviation industry (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and build long-lasting relationships.
  • Solid understanding of the cargo and freight industry.
