About the Role
As a Digital Media Strategist, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our digital marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Planning: Design, implement, and manage cross-channel media plans that align with campaign goals and KPIs, ensuring maximum ROI across paid search, social media, programmatic, and display.
- Media Buying & Optimization: Buy, and optimize media placements across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant digital channels.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPC, etc.), and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use a data-first approach to develop testing strategies, optimize bids, and refine audience targeting based on performance insights.
- Reporting & Analysis: Regularly report on campaign performance, spending, and results, with the ability to present insights and recommendations.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and media buying. Bring fresh ideas to the table and be open to experimenting with new approaches.
Background & Experience
- Highly analytical and creative digital marketer with a strong drive, willingness to learn, and the ability to quickly adapt.
- Experience in media buying, campaign strategy, or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and others for media buying and optimization.
- Background in data-driven roles such as strategy consulting, engineering, investigative journalism, or entrepreneurship is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
