Job Summary
Pondo Pinoy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to source and qualify leads through multiple channels, build lasting relationships, and convert sales into applications to drive new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and qualify leads across various channels (online, referrals, events, etc.)
- Engage and nurture leads to build strong, lasting relationships
- Convert leads into applications to drive sales opportunities and revenue growth
- Effectively manage and maintain the sales pipeline to meet targets
- Collaborate with team members to refine and optimize lead generation strategies
- Provide regular feedback on lead quality and sales performance
Qualifications:
- Must be a college graduate (any field)
- Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or related roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive abilities with a passion for achieving success
- Resilient and able to handle rejection positively
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to exceed targets
- Experience in the banking industry is a plus
