About the Role

As a Web Developer, you'll design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications, ensuring seamless integration between the front-end and back-end. You'll optimize user experiences, manage data exchange, and focus on performance, scalability, and security. Collaborating with stakeholders, you'll ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and deliver solutions aligned with business goals. You'll also implement robust security measures to protect data and stay current with emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation in our web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications.
• Implement visual elements and their behaviors with user interactions.
• Manage back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and users, focusing on high performance, responsiveness, and security.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Uphold data protection and security protocols, implementing robust security measures and data encryption.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.

Background & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven work experience (3+ years) as a Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on data security.
• Proficiency in front-end languages and frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular).
• Expertise in back-end languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, Java, PHP) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Node.js).
• In-depth understanding of web security practices, data protection, and compliance (e.g., GDPR).
• Experience with database technology such as MySQL, MongoDB, and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (e.g., Git) and development aiding tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
