Job Summary
The HR & Admin Associate is responsible for supporting daily HR and administrative operations, including onboarding, payroll processing, employee inquiries, and compliance with labor and aviation regulations. This role also assists in office management, training programs, and coordinating various internal and external communications to ensure smooth organizational functioning.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding new employees.
- Support payroll processing and address employee inquiries.
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR and administration.
- Assist in employee training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and aviation safety regulations.
- Communicate with government agencies for compliance purposes.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Support office management and supply coordination.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and events.
- Prepare and organize reports and documents.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Support day-to-day operations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or administration.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of aviation regulations (preferred but not required).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn about HR and administrative practices in the aviation industry.
