Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales and Operations Associate to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity open to fresh graduates to oversee both the operations and sales functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong relationships with key distributors and retailers across the FMCG market.
- Lead E-commerce sales management of the brand via Shoppee, Lazada, and other D2C platforms.
- Oversee aspects of operations, including production planning, inventory management, and quality control. With the opportunity to oversee the production plant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, R&D) to ensure alignment and optimize business performance.
- Develop and implement data-driven sales and operational strategies, leveraging analytics to gain insights and improve decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in university or/and within the FMCG or CPG industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans, a benefit if plans related to the Sales function.
- Understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG market, distribution channels, and retail landscape.
